Format Sale Terms Document

I need my existing conditions of sale document polished so that its presentation matches professional standards. In addition, we require the insertion of a new clause 5.5
Here’s what I expect:
• Re-format every section in line with the supplied template, adjusting font style, size, paragraph alignment, spacing, bullet points, and numbering where necessary.
• Maintain all original wording, clauses, and legal structure—this is purely a layout job (with the new clause inserted)
• Return a clean, print-ready and digital-ready file (Word preferred) plus a tracked-changes version so I can see exactly what was adjusted.
Accuracy and consistency are key. If you spot anything that conflicts with the provided guide, flag it rather than changing the text. Once complete, I’ll do a quick review and may request a round of minor tweaks to make sure every detail aligns with my brand standards.
