Fix Word Template List Formatting

I have 2 Microsoft Word templates that mostly work, yet several levels go rogue—loop back to another style level, or switch to another style altogether. I need the underlying styles and outline levels repaired so numbering is consistent and each level keeps the correct formatting throughout those affected sections. I also need the extra space before the period to be removed when cross-referencing.

I believe the problem levels are Heading 1 and Heading 6 - they seem to loop back on each other, and the appendix headings also need correction. Also, need to have the bullet spacing corrected in cascading bullets (3pt between cascading bullets, 6pt after last cascade to next bullet).

Please keep all existing margins, fonts, and spacing intact; only the list hierarchy needs attention.

Deliverables
• A revised .docx template whose multi-level lists display correct sequential numbering and uniform styles in every affected section.
• A short change log (one-page max) describing the adjustments so my team can maintain the file in future.

Solid experience with Word Style sets, outline numbering, and template design will make this a quick win. Ideally, I’d like the final file back within a 1 day.
