I need a pdf document (not a scan but actual text PDF) auto-translated with Google Translate or MS-Word on board translator for internal use. You do NOT need to check the translation for accuracy, I only need the document in a format that makes auto-translation possible.
The job is to prepare the document into a formatting that makes auto-translation possible. Some stuff I don't fully understand in the file makes that difficult.
