File editing, file formatting - MS Word, PDF

Work Description
We are seeking a skilled file editor who knows the tricks in MS Word and is able to edit a pdf file as well, if it’s needed.
There are three files uploaded below:
- a pdf document, which is the translation source
- a docx document, which is the translation to be edited
- an xlsx document, which contains the source text and the translated text, and the text only
Your task will be to edit the translated file to match the source. We are expecting a translated pdf document, and
- the text cannot be modified, the translation has been proofread,
- the icons in the text should be placed where they belong in the translation.
If our collaboration on this project will be successful, our contract can be long-term
