Federal Management Regulation in Correct Format

I have a Word Document titled Pricing Policy Regulation where the content is correct but it is in the wrong format and needs to be correctly pasted and edited into another word document using another format. The format I desire it to be in is visible in the 2nd Word Document attached titled CorrectFMR Format. Please pay attention to the numbering system in the Pricing Policy Regulation document. The Final document must contain all of the content from the Pricing Policy Regulation Document neatly typed with no errors for readability. However, it must look like the content in the CorrectedFMRFORMAT document.
