English-Japanese Translation Vetting

I have an upcoming project which requires vetting of English-Japanese translation. The details are as follows:

What Will Be Provided:
• English video transcript with approximately 16,000 English words (~40 A4 pages in PDF format)
• Japanese draft translated from English transcript using Gen AI with approximately 35,000 characters (~40 A4 pages in Word format)

What Needs To Be Done:
• Verify the Japanese translation is accurate (grammar, sentence structure, etc)
• Verify that the context is maintained (software usage instructions)
• Make amendments as required (estimated at 30% of content)

What Is Expected:
• A meticulous line-by-line review that checks nuance and flow
• Clear in-document mark-ups (performed with Track Changes)
• A clean, final version with all edits accepted

Additional Notes:
• Project should be awarded by end-July
• Up to two rounds of edits after initial submission can be expected
• One week will be given for first submission and for each round of edit
• Entire project will be completed by end-August

Payment
• Payment will be made after project is completed
