I have a collection of legal documents written in English that must be rendered into flawless Georgian—and, when needed, the reverse direction as well. Accuracy in terminology, preservation of the original layout, and complete confidentiality are critical. Contracts, court pleadings, deeds, bylaws, or other formal instruments may appear in the batch, so a solid grasp of legal language in both languages is essential.
You are free to use SDL Trados, MemoQ, Smartcat or any other CAT tool you rely on, as long as every segment is consistent and the final file mirrors the source formatting. Please supply the finished translation in an editable Word file and also a clean, ready-to-print PDF.
Acceptance criteria:
• Every legal term is translated with its precise Georgian counterpart (and vice-versa).
• Section numbering, headings, tables, signatures, and seals remain exactly where they belong.
• No machine-translation artefacts—each sentence must read naturally to a native speaker.
• Delivery passes a brief accuracy check I will perform within 48 hours.
