Editor for nonprofit flier and mailer

We are trying to raise funds for one program and I need a skilled editor to make a one page attractive flier to send out with a compelling call to action. WHat I have are 2 pages of written info which is to much info and not compelling. Once I have the words down I have some great photos to add to it., but first, need one page to draw people with the info presented in a positive visual way which is easy to assess. If this is successful there may be ongoing work with our organization.
