Editor/Writer for Self Help Book and Workbook

I spent 17 years as a motivational speaker and life coach for prisoners incarcerated (in prison) and who were pre-release. I wrote this book to help them learn the class materials. I think the book ("booklet") can be expanded and that it can also support an separate workbook. I need help as follows:
1) Help expanding, clarifying the original book
2) Writing/creating a meaningful workbook to supplement the original book
