We need someone to perform basic copy editing and proofreading for Romance Suspense novellas and ebooks.
A professional editor who has excellent communication skills is who we are looking for. Someone who can respond promptly, and who has the ability to turn around a project with short notice if and when necessary.
All edits will be done in Word with tracking changes and adhering to the Chicago Manual of Style.
Our rate is $0.003/word per book for copy editing and proofreading. We can offer ongoing work for the right person.
We will require a recent one-page copy-editing work sample with your proposal. Also, please tell us your experience level, education, your typical turnaround time and what type of books you personally like to read.
