Editing my podcast

I'm one of the least tech savvy people ever so I'm in need of lots of help trying to figure out either the best way for me to go about editing or just finding someone willing to edit for me. I'm still in the early stages of the podcast so I don't have the means to hire someone full time. I need more of someone who can help me get to a place where i feel comfortable enough to do it on my own for the time being.
I have an HP computer that I'd like to be able to do all the editing from. My phone is the last thing I want to be stuck relying on to edit and post.
