Editing manuscripts for medical journals

We publish several medical journals that are indexed in PubMed. The task we need to fill is a final document edit that includes the following:
1. Insure AMA style guidelines are followed.
2. Final format meets publisher format.
3. Proper American English grammar is followed, including American English word spelling,

Many submissions come from ESL sources, so editiing of format is important
Typical manuscr4ipts are 3000-5000 words plus tables, charts and references.
