Editing / making changes on existing tech pack for dog poop bag holder

I am searching for someone who can support me on developing an existing tech pack I have. It is for a dog poop bag holder. The issue is that the current shape does not allow sufficient space for the poop bag roll to be inside the holder and so removal of each poop bag is not smooth. Please only apply if you have a strong technical understanding of this work and properties of recycled leather.
