Editing of draft Wikipedia Article such that it get published

I am in need of an experienced and knowledgeable editor who can review a draft Wikipedia article that I have completed. This article needs to meet the requirements set by Wikipedia in order to be published. The draft is currently complete and I already have verified sources to back up the information inside of the article. There is a flexible deadline for the completion of this project.
