Editing Novel

I am looking for an experienced editor to help me with my science fiction/fantasy novel. The ideal candidate will have experience with substantive/structural editing and be able to help me improve the overall structure and plot of my novel. The novel is less than 50,000 words, and I am looking for someone who can provide thorough feedback and suggestions for improvement and to edit the grammar. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of the genre are a must.
