Editing Manager for Real Estate Videos
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
I am seeking an editing manager to oversee the work of my editors and enhance the quality of our real estate social media videos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing edits done on platforms like Submagic and Capcut
- Identifying errors and making necessary corrections
- Enhancing the overall quality of the edits
- Approving final video edits before they are posted online
- Maintaining and updating a set of editing guidelines and best practices
- Training new editors on the preferred editing style and tools
- Coordinating closely with the creative team to understand project requirements
- Conducting periodic quality control checks on edited videos
- Holding feedback sessions with the editing team to discuss areas of improvement
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week, typically about 8 hours a day. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with real estate social media videos
- Full proficiency in English
- Deep understanding of North American culture
Proficiency in capcut is required.
