Editing and Academic Document in Engineering

I'm looking for someone to edit an academic document in the engineering field (~40,000 words).
Since I’m not a native English speaker, the quality of my writing is somewhat low. I’ve used writing assistance tools, but they have made some parts feel broken, and the sentences don’t flow naturally, making it difficult to read. Also, some sentences have come out vague, and I need someone with strong writing skills and the ability to understand engineering concepts to edit the document. The timing of this job is also important.
