Edit a word document so it looks good

I am looking for a freelancer to edit my word document and make it look good and ready for printing. The specific changes I want to make to the document include content reorganization. The length of the document is about 50 pages. I would like the design elements and styles to be elegant and sophisticated.

I have another document which to check the formatting and make it similar to that (but better)
