Edit resume

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help edit my resume. It is for professional use, so I need substantial editing of the content, as opposed to just a proofread. I am open to suggestions about the format or layout, so that the document looks its best to employers. Ideally, I would like someone who has experience not only in resume editing but also in the field I am applying for, to give me the best chances of success. Additionally, I also would love to have somebody update my general cover letter (indicating areas that should be customised for each application) and LinkedIN profile.
