Edit pdf document

I'm looking for a freelancer to edit a PDF document for me. I need both text and image editing done on the document, so someone with the skills and experience necessary to make these specific types of edits is essential. Fortunately, I do have the source files for the document, so there is no need to recreate the entire document from scratch. As far as formatting, I do not have any specific requirements - standard formatting is fine.
