Edit a narrative interview for podcast

I'm looking for an experienced editor to help me edit a compelling podcast interview that is engaging, creative, and delivers the desired tone and style. The finished product will be 40-60 minutes in length, with a focus on evoking a particular feeling or atmosphere. I already have an exciting conversational-style interview, but I need help making sure the pacing and flow of the audio is enjoyable, compelling and immersive. I also split my longer interviews into two parts and need help identifying a natural mid point for splitting, and identifying what to promote in part 2 for listeners to look forward to. Im already doing all this myself but need to outsource. I'm open to any advice or suggestions the editor might have in order to create a powerful audio experience that motivates, entertains, and educates my listeners.
