Edit (and enliven) book on improving relationships

I am looking for someone that will help me both improve the flow of an early book draft, strengthen the coherence of the chapters or themes throughout the book, and (most importantly) add a little personality to each of the chapters. This is not a job focused on editing out typos. Although, I'd certainly welcome any glaring syntax errors and typos. This job is more focused on bringing the content to life, making it less dry, giving it more spunk or energy, and making the content far more engaging.

This will be the very first edit of the book. There will be others to follow.
