Edit YouTube Videos Reactions

I do reaction videos with friends who have never seen certain Sci-Fi, Fantasy blockbuster franchises. The channel has grown quickly, having been monetized in only 11 months and a library of well over 170 videos in 2 years. I need an editor to assist in releasing 1 video a week. I will provide all necessary videos and movies to edit and sync. Looking for someone who can edit long form content, understand requirement for copyright compliance for final project, align with my channel vision and create consistent, timely, quality results. I would expect any editor to get to know my channel and communicate goals clearly. I have attached a couple thumbnails of recent projects. I currently utilize Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and PicsArt for Thumbnail editing. I am not picky about software editors choose to utilize provided it produces similar quality to my current work. The more successful the channel and the more I grow the more revenue the channel brings in. So whoever I hire is in for a long journey, consistent work on a weekly basis. I already have at least 12 months of content planned and already have a backlog of footage to edit and create. As channel revenue increases so will pay for my editor(s). My success equals your success equals OUR success. Ideally I will pay by the project and am willing to do a trial run if you're interested. English speaking only is a must as will be speaking via email and phone if necessary.
