Edit Phd proposal law uk

I am looking for help editing my PhD proposal about law in the UK. This document is around 5-10 pages long and requires expertise in both editing and writing. I also need help researching relevant legal topics, as my current research may not be quite enough. Therefore, I need someone with strong editing skills, as well as good knowledge of various laws and other legal aspects. The scope of the project includes proofreading, formatting and copyediting, all of which must be done to a high standard.
