Edit Documents

I have 22 total multiple choice tests/exam. I have them in PDF and Word doc format. I need an index created for each exam that will simple list the Source Material used for each questions. On the multiple choice test that I will share with you, each question will contain the "Source Material." Technically, I just need you to delete the actual question and the multiple choice (answers) and leave the "question number" and the Sentence that begins with SOURCE MATERIAL. I just want a document that will tell me where to find the source material for each questions. I have completed creating an index for Exam 1. So since there are 21 tests remaining, I am asking for 21 separate documents (one for each test) that will container numbers source material statements/indexes. I have included the Complete test for all exams. For the First exam I have also completed the finished version of the index that I created. Please follow what I did for exam one and do the same thing for exams 2 through 22. Essentially you are only deleting the unwanted information from the document , which would be the actual question and the multiple choices/answers. I would estimate each document would take any where from 20 to 30 minutes. and there are 21 exams. So this may take about 10 hours. I have included a PDF and word doc for each exam. Please return the final product in a word doc. I have included a template to show how I would like the final product to look and this template is call "Week 1 Test Final." All of the index's should resemble "Week 1 Test Final"
