I'm seeking an expert in academic writing, particularly at the doctoral level, to assist with my dissertation. My primary need is support with articulating the theoretical framework and writing up a few subsequent paragraphs. I have a specific theoretical framework (transitional in mind and can provide this to the successful candidate.
Ideal skills for this job include:

- Strong understanding of theoretical frameworks

Hello,
I am seeking assistance in rewriting my theoretical framework paragraph to reflect the transformational leadership theory, which will also need to include two figures that have to be your "own" - not from the internet that you can share with me the actual image via PowerPoint/word/etc.
I would also like some help in the paragraphs after the theoretical framework paragraph to help address the instructor's notes, update any context where LMX theory is mentioned, and adjust that to reflect the transformational leadership theory along.
I am attaching my actual project paper with the instructor’s notes, but please do not type on this document. Please do your typing on a separate document where I can read/edit as I would like and transcribe myself into the "official" document.
Lastly, I added the "DBA Guided Path Phases" document to help guide you in understanding what is being looked for in each paragraph. I am also adding some references that I have located thus far (they can only be 3 years old) to assist and please include any references you use in APA 7th edition; the DOI must work.
