Dissertation editing APA 7th edition Needed

Hi! I am graduating in May from an Ed.D program. I have a basic qualitative research study dissertation that is roughly 60 pages. I am looking for someone to help edit for APA formatting, citations, grammar, spelling, etc. I am also looking for someone who can help with clarity of sentences. I would like someone who will make the actual edits instead of just notes for what to change.
