Digital Traditional Recipe Book
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I am putting together a digital collection of authentic traditional dishes and need a detail-oriented recipe writer to help me finalise it. Each entry should follow a consistent structure: ingredients list, concise step-by-step method, and a brief background sentence or two that highlights the dish’s cultural roots.
Photography is required, but only for selected highlights—roughly a third of the recipes. If you already have a portfolio of high-quality food shots or can stage new ones that feel homemade yet appetising, let me know; otherwise, I am open to sourcing images separately as long as they match the written style.
The finished manuscript will be delivered in a clean, share-ready digital format (Google Docs or Word is fine; I will handle final layout). Accuracy and clarity are more important than flowery language, so focus on trustworthy measurements and straightforward instructions. If you have experience documenting family or regional favourites, that is a plus.
Please include a sample recipe you have written—ideally traditional—alongside any relevant photos so I can see how your writing and visuals pair together.
