Daily Academic Content Formatter

Every week our institute releases fresh sets of questions and answers that must look perfectly polished before they reach students. I will provide these files in either PDF or .docx format, and your task is to turn them into clean, consistently styled documents with correction into errors.

Here is what I expect you to handle each time:
• Precise text alignment and balanced line-spacing so questions and corresponding answers sit neatly on the page.
• Uniform font family, size, and weight choices throughout the document.
• Logical, clearly distinguished headings and sub-headings so users can scan sections at a glance.
• A careful sweep to catch the occasional misplaced full stop, spelling error, or wording slip that crept in while we compiled the material.
• Checking the sentence errors, answers etc.

Deliverables
1. A fully formatted Word file (.docx) that I can still edit internally.
2. A print-ready PDF that mirrors the Word layout exactly.

Turnaround is daily—most packets are 10 pages—so reliability is crucial. If you are fluent with Microsoft Word styles, Adobe Acrobat (or a comparable PDF editor), and you enjoy bringing order to educational content, this collaboration will be ongoing also need a guy who had studied PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATHEMATICS & completed his/her 12th std.
