Customer Case Study Edit (1240 words)

I am not asking for a rewrite but rather an edit to tighten up (ideally shorten) en existing clean version of a word document. You need to be familiar with US English/structure and business Case Study writing. I am looking for this to be completed today (now). I placed document in MS word and PDF formats.
