Create a book from transcripts

I have 40 transcripts from videos that I have posted on one and I need each of these posts edited and made into a daily reading so that I can publish all of the readings into a book. I need it completed in 15-20 days. I need only native English speakers. It would be best if you are familiar with devotionals since that is what these readings will become.
