Create a basic operations manual

Soap Aid is a small registered charity that works with accomodation providers to recycle used guest soap. We need to update our existing operations manual for our soap recycling plant. This includes inserting photographs and instructions for the phases of the soap repurposing plant, including: start up, operating, close down and pre-production soap sorting. Approx 30 pages with cover, table of contents etc
We have photographs and a word copy of the instructions and need a document that is basic but professional looking nad easiy to read and follow.
