Create a Book using my documents

I need an expert in WORD (DOC/DOCX) to compile my documents in a book format. I have each chapter/marker written on its own word document. I need someone to combine them and put them in book format. I also have data in an excel file that would need to be added to each page as well. I am open to discuss ways to complete this task. However, I am looking for someone who can MERGE these documents to be efficient with time. Example file attached.
