Convert Image to Text for PDF document

Hi, I need a freelancer to help convert a locked/secured/non-editable/non-highlightable PDF document from Image to Text document. Usually a normal unsecured PDF document can be highlighted or text can be selected, but in this PDF document, it does not allow selecting of text or highlighting of text.
In this case, my recommendation is for you to do screenshot of each section of the PDF document and save each screenshot as an image.
Then go to "https://www.onlineocr.net/" where you can upload your screenshot image and turn it into text.
IMPORTANT : Once you do that, copy the text into a MS Word document, and make sure the text are readable/legible and not stuck together or make sure that text were not converted into weird symbols etc.
The pictures, diagrams, headers, footers, page numbers and Reference Section does not need to be converted.
Delivery : 24 hours
Milestone payment : US$ 20 in one milestone, to be released upon project handover
