Content Editor needed to proof read and rewrite a use case of 600 words

I have a use case of 550 words written in English and I'm looking for experienced native english copy editor to proof read the written content and rewrite it to focus on particular activities done in the use case.

The use case is covering two projects done for 1 customer in the IT field and both combined shouldn't exceed 600 words
