We need an editor who’s not just good, but ridiculously good. Someone who makes editing look effortless while knowing it’s like trying to untangle holiday lights—requires patience, precision, and maybe a little bit of magic.
Here’s what you need to bring to the table:
Writing experience. If your only editing experience is fixing your friends’ texts, this might not be the gig for you.
An eagle eye for detail. You can spot a typo from across the room, and you know when an article was written by a robot versus a human who writes like a robot.
A professional attitude and strong motivation. You know, the type that makes you get up in the morning and say, “Today, I’m going to make every word count!”
Availability.
We usually start working around 09:00 in the GMT+2 timezone, with 9-hour shifts that include a 1-hour break. The standard workweek is 6 days, but if you’re a fan of your weekends, we offer a 5-day week option with reduced compensation.
What We’re Not Looking For:
People who think “editor” is just a fancy word for “spellchecker.”
Anyone who believes that “editing” means feeding content to an AI and letting it do the heavy lifting.
Folks who are just “trying their luck.” This isn’t the lottery; it’s a job.

The Test:
You'll take a written test where you’ll receive a piece of AI-generated text—flawed like most AI-generated content is. Your job? Edit it to perfection. Then, you'll create a small portion of text using AI and fix the issues with that as well. Just a heads up: the passing rate for this test is in the single digits, so bring your A-game!
The Interview:
If you pass the test (cue the confetti!), we'll invite you for a 1-on-1 video interview. This is where we’ll talk content, get to know each other better, and make sure we can communicate like a well-edited sentence.
Compensation:
We offer $400-$500 per month, depending on how well you impress us during the test and interview.
