Looking to refresh my restaurant's menu through the addition of new dishes, elimination of existing items, and revision of prices. The purpose of this project is to diversify our offerings, hence potential freelancers should be cognizant of the restaurant industry trends and have previous experience in menu design and pricing strategies.
Key responsibilities are:
- Curating new items based on current restaurant trends
- Removing certain existing items
- Adjusting prices considering key factors such as cost, competition, and demand
The menu's final version should be delivered as a PDF file. Freelancers with experience in the culinary industry and menu design will be ideal, and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat or other PDF editing software would be beneficial.
