British History Manuscript Copy Editing

I have a collection of manuscripts focusing on British history that require an experienced copy editor with a deep understanding of both British English and the field of history. The aim of this project is two-fold:

- Proofreading and correcting English: The manuscripts need to be polished to meet the standards of British English.
- Enhancing historical content: The copy editor should be able to identify areas where the historical content could be improved or clarified.

Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience in copy editing, particularly with historical content. A degree in history or a related field would be a plus. The ability to proofread and enhance the manuscripts without losing the author's original voice and intent is crucial.
