Branding Manual Editing

I'm in need of a professional who can edit the content of my branding manual, specifically the Brand Guidelines section. The primary task will be altering instances of the brand name throughout the document from Rosehill Flowers and Chocolate to Selma's Speaking Roses. Including all the logos in the document and any text that references the old brand
