Book / Journal Editor

I need a professional editor to help format a book/journal that I am creating. This would require formatting, layout suggestions, proofreading, and editing. The job is pretty straightforward, I need someone who is excellent with non-fiction work.

The journal is called, "Entitled To Nothing -- A Daily Guide In Pursuit Of Personal Excellence," and is an accountability journey and is created for people who want to have more success in their life. I have a rough draft of the journal/book and need help taking it over the finish line.
