Book Editor?

Hi, I'm a high school (going into collage) kid who just finished a book! It's a fantasy/LGBTQ novel about a prince who finds an enchanted sword that brings about the destruction of his world. He has to choose between the love of his life or his emotions. I don't have a ton of money, but I am definitely willing to do whatever I can to get a fair deal between both editor and author. I could really use just some proof reading but if there is a part that you really don't like then developmental editing would also be extremely helpful. Thank you!
