Beta Reader for Sports Betting Book
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
A professional Beta Reader is required.
I’m writing my 3rd book – ‘The NRL Punting Edge-A Data-Driven Playbook for Sportsbook Profit’
I'm looking for a professional Beta Reader. You’ll provide a "general reader" perspective on flow, enjoyment, and clarity. Also, you’ll offer a critique of the big picture, focused on the reading experience (e.g., "This paragraph/section was confusing").
The objective of this book isn't to present betting profitability as a certainty. It aims to instruct readers on how a disciplined strategy, accurate methodologies, an analytical assessment of probabilities, a proficient understanding of the market(s), and flawless bankroll management can create a strong, sustainable edge over time.
You must have the following skills, experience and qualifications: A BA, preferably with a major/minor in Literature. You must have completed at least three previous Beta Reader assignments. The most important skill you bring is a sound understanding of sportsbook betting and wagering markets, combined with the ability to assess a non-fiction manuscript from the perspective of an informed general reader, particularly in respect to clarity, flow, engagement, and readability. The word count will be between 75.500 to 85,500 words. You must meet a strict timeline.
