HR Associate for Job Posting & Screening
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an HR professional to assist me with two specific and repetitive tasks:
1. Posting our company's job openings on various platforms and channels.
2. Collecting and initially screening resumes from job seekers, and sending the shortlisted resumes to us.
Upon receiving your application, please review it promptly, remove obviously unsuitable resumes, and send them to me.
I am willing to pay based on completed tasks, or monthly payments once we find a suitable working relationship. Please inform me of your proposed work methods, the completion time for each period, and any tools you use for job postings or applicant tracking. Reliable communication and a high degree of responsibility will make you stand out.
