Animate my image with AI

Hi everyone, so i have an image which i want to animate, the animation should be something short (about 5 seconds) and i would like it to be animated with AI (artificial intelligence) since i found out it's possible and not that expensive to make short animations with AI. I would share the image that i want to animate. The animation should be something specific (not a random animation). One last thing: the animation is going to be about a shota character (under age male character) on a hot situation but nothing explicit (and also he is wearing clothes, so he's not naked). Finally, my budget is not too big, sorry.
