Add English text over Japanese manga

I have several Japanese doujinshi (fan-made manga) that my friend has translated, using the Adobe PDF comment feature (please see attached image for example). I'm looking for someone to insert these translations over the Japanese speech bubbles and text on each page of the manga, so that the manga can be read smoothly. LGBTQ editors familiar with manga preferred (this manga contains NSFW material).
