Data analysis in STATA [17] or [R]

I have data, time series and i need to test the casual relationship of a factor on them.
I am looking to use DID analysis.
Differences-in-differences (DiD) is one of the most popular methods in the social sciences
for estimating causal effects in non-experimental settings.
