Cost to serve model for non-profit membership organization
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I would like to define a cost to acquire, cost to serve, and customer life time value model for my global membership organization. The scope of the project will include the following:
1). Define financial inputs to define each metrics
2). Compile the data from FY23 financial statements (with clarification from project owner)
3). Model to show at a global level (all members and by types of members) and regional level (all members within the region and by type of members)
Timing of project is 2.5 weeks ideally
