Comprehensive Analysis of UK/European Investment Trends

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

I am in need of a detailed analysis of the average savings and investments per retail investor in the UK and Europe, as well as the total value of these savings and investments. This is part of an assessment of the potential market size for an on-line real estate crowd-owning platform aimed at retail (i.e.) non professional/qualified investors.

Key Information Needed:

1. The no. of people (and total and average volumes (in EUR)) making personal investments each year in the UK (and separtely ideally) in the EU by category - stocks, bonds, crypto, on-line investment platforms (and sub-category real estate platforms - debt and equity), crowdfunding platforms, gold, reits/real estate funds, savings accounts, current accounts, other
2. Nos of households (or people) earning between 50,000 and 100,000 (or near this range so e.g. could be 40,000-120,000 eur/year - in the UK and (ideally separately) in the EU.
3. Average investment amounts (mode, median) by each investor in each category from (1.) above
4.Trends over time and predictions (say 3 years, but flexible according to the data) on all of 1-3 above
5. All of above (1-4) presented in editable charts with editable excel files and all referenced by source of info and date

NICE TO HAVE
a. Total existing value of savings and investments in the UK and EU by investment media/category.
b. total existing value of current accounts (and separately) savings accounts in banks/bldg societies in the UK and (ideally separately) the EU
c. Average spend on accommodation of holiday-makers (or by household) vacationing each year by UK or EU country and trends/expectations for future
c. Least important - comparisons/splits of any of 1-5 and a.-b., between UK and different EU countries

The required timeframe for this data is annually. Data should be not only collected but also analyzed and presented with charts or graphs for clarity and easier interpretation including trends over time and any predictions for the future.

Sources should be reliable as they will be included in a business plan.

Ideal Skills:
Freelancers should possess strong research skills, preferably with experience in finance or economics. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization is also necessary. Additionally, an understanding of European investment and savings trends would be advantageous.
