I need a programmer

I need someone to do 1/N strategy on R programming as a part of our coursework, I will provide with the R data as it is a pretty heavy file and cannot be uploaded here. Part 1 was submitted and our code was wrong so you will have to do the entire code from scratch an do Part 1 as well, I can share the feedback for our Part 1 to get a further idea, let me know if you want it. We want this project to be completed as soon as possible.
