Background:
The project examines the wage curve using panel data and fixed effects estimation, with a strong empirical draft already in place. The paper includes a clear structure, extensive econometric results, and contextual labor market analysis. The aim is to bring the paper to submission-ready quality by refining structure, integrating sections, strengthening narrative flow, and ensuring robustness and consistency in presentation.

Objective:
To provide research and editorial support in finalizing the wage curve paper. The consultant will help integrate and polish existing material, align empirical results with narrative framing, and support final formatting and submission readiness.

Scope of Work:

Manuscript Structuring and Editing

- Refine the logical flow between introduction, methods, results, and conclusion.

- Ensure clarity and consistency in the presentation of tables, models, and findings.

- Harmonize citation style and references.

Results Integration and Interpretation

- Support integration of fixed-effects estimation results with the overall narrative.

- Highlight key findings and help articulate policy or theoretical implications.

Technical Consistency Review

- Review variable definitions, model specifications, and robustness checks.

- Ensure statistical outputs are accurately reported and interpreted.

Literature Integration

- Assist in weaving in relevant insights from existing literature (some sources already available), including the theoretical arguments I have set out for the wave curve, and into the regional and industry labour mobility.

- Align the discussion with debates on spatial wage differentials and regional labor market adjustment.
